Earned a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Management Science from Universitas Brawijaya in 2014 and a Master’s Degree in Management from STIE IPWI Jakarta in 1997.
Prior to joining PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) or MIND ID, he held extensive leadership experience in state-owned enterprises (SOEs), serving as President Director of PT Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) from 2017 to 2020, President Director of PT Asabri (Persero) from 2020 to 2024, and President Director of Perum BULOG from 2024 to 2025.
