Mining & Energy Day, Three MIND ID Members Receive Subroto 2021 Awards

Jakata, 29 September 2021 – MIND ID, or Mining Industry Indonesia, the Holding State-Owned Enterprise for the Mining Industry, with Members PT ANTAM Tbk, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Inalum (Persero) dan PT Timah Tbk, proudly announces that three MIND ID Members received the Subroto 2021 Award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) on Tuesday, 28 September 2021.

The Subroto 2021 Award is initiated by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and has been conducted for the past four years. The awards are given to stakeholders and business players who have taken an active role in developing the energy and coal mining sector for the past year.

The three MIND ID Members who have received the Subroto 2021 are:

PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM)
Mandatory Pay Category with the Highest Level Payment Compliance to Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) – State-Owned Enterprise Mining License
PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA)
Mandatory Pay Category with the Biggest Contribution to Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) – State-Owned Enterprise Mining License
PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI)
Mandatory Pay Category with Biggest Contribution to Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP) – Contract of Work

MIND ID Group CEO, Orias Petrus Moedak, said that the Subroto 2021 Award is a reflection of the Company’s commitment in contributing optimally to the country. “The Subroto Award 2021 to the MIND ID Group will strengthen our commitment in providing added value for mineral and coal resources under our management, through sustainable best practice and good governance.”

The Subroto 2021 Award is the fourth since it began for the first time in 2017 and is a collaboration between the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The name Subroto comes from Prof. Subroto, Minister of Mines and Energy for the 1978-1988 period.
