MIND ID Opens XPLORER Recruitment to Net Best Talents

Jakarta, 15 July 2024 – MIND ID or Mining Industry Indonesia, the Holding State-Owned Enterprise for the Mining Industry, is netting the best young talents through its XPLORER Management Trainee Program.

Young people from Sabang to Marauke will be able to enter the competition to contribute to raising the added value of the mineral mining industry in Indonesia.

MIND ID Corporate Secretary, Heri Yusuf, explained that the XPLORER: Management Trainee Program is an opportunity for all young people to work in State Enterprises, specifically for the Mining Industry Holding State Enterprise in Indonesia.

“MIND ID is applying a transparent recruitment system to enable the recruitment of the best young talents for a career to develop Indonesia’s mineral mining industry,” he said.

In the XPLORER Management Trainee Program, MIND ID will provide various technical knowledge related to the mining and mineral industry in Indonesia. Participants will also get a chance to study various strategic projects and add value to raising the mineral commodity in Indonesia.

“The company will also instill and develop soft skills ability, particularly related to leadership so that they will be able to produce quality leaders in the future,” he added.

Furthermore, the participants who passed will be able to get experience in studying comprehensively for a duration of two years and three times rotation of work within the MIND ID Group, from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium, and PT Timah Tbk.
