MIND ID Produces Young Leaders of Quality

Jakarta, 10 November 2022. The MIND ID Group continually drives each individual to contribute in real terms for the advancement in the field of the respective expertise. The spirit of innovation and adaptation in accordance with the development of time, as well as improving sustainability, are part of the MIND ID culture.

MIND ID also implements several programs supporting the creation of an innovation ecosystem in the mining industry, one of which is the BIGMIND 2022 Innovation Award. MIND ID collaborates with several universities, start-up communities, as well as professional groups.

The Innovation Award Competition is open to the general public and conducted every year, with the aim of each individual building civilization with ideas and creativity, specifically in the mineral and coal cluster. Each individual is encouraged to innovate, to take action, to contribute.

Dany Amrul Ichdan, Director of Institutional Relations, welcomes the program which is capable of inspiring and contributing to the surroundings. “MIND ID encourages each individual to play a maximum role for the surrounding environment, becoming a hero during these times is not the same as during the pre-independence era, it is to impact positively for the surrounding communities,” he said.

“No one is too young or too old to give the best of themselves in our various roles,” he added.

The spirit of those who are young at heart is closely connected to the idea of creativity, daring to take risks, and quick to adapt well in the job or corporate environment. There are even some young leaders who bring significant changes to the company.

Leaders are not determined by age, this was expressed by Infobank magazine, who awarded three MIND ID members of the Board in accordance with their criteria and roles.

Danny Praditya, Director of Operations and Portfolio; Dany Amrul Ichdan, Director of Institutional Relations; and Devi Pradnya Paramita, Director of Finance, the performance of these three members of the board impacted positively on the company, and they are all young, under 50 years of age.

“The awards are presented to all at MIND ID who took part in contributing positively to the Company. We are the true heroes who strived to give impact, not only to the Company, but to the advancement of the Republic. Happy Heroes Day Commemoration, my Heroes, my Role Model,” Danny Praditya concluded.
