MIND ID Strengthens Communication Integration to Boost the Formation of the Golden Generation of Indonesia

The efforts to build the Golden Generation of Indonesia are continuously conducted by various parties in the past few years. The Government, education world, industrial players, and the general public understand that the quality of future generations become the determining factor in national advancement.


MIND ID or Mining Industry Indonesia, the Holding State-Owned Enterprise for the Mining Industry, sees that the road towards the Golden Generation does not only require program realization, but also strong, focused and sustainable narration to strengthen collective movements and encourage more parties to get involved in the development of human resources.


MIND ID Corporate Secretary, Pria Utama, stressed that communications have a strategic role in ensuring that strategic initiatives in building the golden generation can be carried out sustainably and provide optimal impact. MIND ID, together with all Members, not only implement educational support programs, but also provide strengthening through integration communications.


“We believe that communication is an important part of development. Through the right message, we would like to evoke wider public participation to build the country together,” he said.


For this communication initiative, MIND ID has received an award for the Golden 
Generation Communication Movement at the Anugerah Penggerak Nusantara (Nusantara Movement Award) conducted by iNews Media Group. This award is an appreciation of MIND ID’s commitment in presenting positive and inspirational narration to the public.


Pria said that MIND ID has applied a comprehensive communication strategy through media publication, digital canal, as well as collaboration with Ministries/Institutions to support the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision.
For consistency of educative communications, MIND ID presented the Junior Miner Fun Fest, the first mining education exhibition in Indonesia for children 3-13 years old.


This program is an initiative to introduce the world of mining through experiences in safe, interactive and informative games.


Aside from games, also provided are parenting and short counselling sessions which enrich the learning experience of all participants.


Various zones such as Mini Excavator, Treasure Diggers, and Sustainability Zone are available to show that mining education can be given through enjoyable and relevant means for future generation.


Pria explained that MIND ID will continue efforts to build strong and consistent narration to support the strengthening of programs on the birth of the Golden Generation in future.


“Indonesia needs a healthy communications ecosystem to strengthen the efforts to build the Golden Generation. We at MIND ID are committed to present stories and education which are not only informative, but also moving,” he concluded.
