MIND ID Ramadan Safari Meaning of Happiness for all Hearts

Jakarta, 22 March 2025 – Ramadan is a month full of blessings, in which each goodness given is multiplied. For some people, this is a moment of warmth and togetherness.

For those who live their days under limitations and without family, happiness in Ramadan is greatly awaited.

Based on caring for one another, MIND ID, the Holding State-Owned Enterprise for the Mining Industry, holds a Ramadan Safari, an initiative that brings happiness to various groups of people.

With the theme From Heart to All, Ramadan for One Another (Dari Hati untuk Semua, Ramadan Untuk Sesama), the program is evidence that the presence of MIND ID is not only to create business value, but also to provide meaning for the communities in need.

MIND ID Corporate Secretary, Heri Yusuf, said that in the Ramadan Safari program, MIND ID is providing 11,440 aid packages to Anak Yayasan, 46,053 grocery packages.

MIND ID has also realized the distribution of 2,500 packages for breaking the fast, 186 worship facilities assistance. These are the realities of the company’s thankfulness for its business continuity.

Heri explained that at the Werdha Budi Mulia Shelter, a place where old people spend the last days of their lives, MIND ID’s visit brings more than just grocery aid and donations. The presence of MIND ID volunteers provided a warm atmosphere, storytelling sessions, and moral support.

Those at the shelter were moved by the attention given, and admitted that it was not often that they received warm visits.

Meanwhile, at the Sayap Ibu Foundation, Indonesian Child Oncology Foundation (YOAI), Mitra Netra Foundation, Indonesian Child Cancer Foundation (YKAK), and Disabled Children Guidance Foundation (YPAC), MIND ID gave assistance in the form of health equipment, groceries, and operational support facilities.

For children who are struggling to face challenging health conditions, this visit has become an encouragement. MIND ID is aware that assistance is not only about material support, but also moral support, which strengthens the hopes of the children in the spirit to fight.

MIND ID also channels assistance to various orphanages, including Shohibu Al-Istiqomah Foundation, PYI Orphanage West Tebet Branch, and Umar Bin Khattabe Qur’an House. Aside from providing basic necessities and donations, MIND ID volunteers interacted directly with the children, reading stories and sharing experiences.

For orphans, such a moment of togetherness provided its own happiness, as they are able to feel the warmth of a new family visit.

Heri Yusuf stresses that MIND ID Ramadan Safari is not merely an annual program, but part of the company’s commitment to creating wider benefits.
